Julian Laury & John Hooker
My published compositions mostly consists of my work with the drummer John Hooker. Together, we write innovative and groovy jazz tunes with beats inspired by the hip hop rhythms of J Dilla and Madlib. We also play live shows, contact me if you’re interested in our sound.
Solo Work
I have also produced a couple of solo records, “Symbiosis” and “Disconnected”. These are an expression of my early exploratory phase as a jazz musician. You can find my music on all major streaming platforms.
